We provide opportunities for athletes to compete at a high level while building pathways to the next stage of their careers, bringing another football team to Arizona.
Our mission is designed to fill a critical gap in the athletic landscape of Arizona. With the absence of junior college football throughout the state, countless athletes find themselves overlooked, underdeveloped, or forced to leave home just to keep their football dreams alive.
The Southeast Gorillas, through the Gateway Pioneer Athletic Conference, offer a post-high school developmental pathway where student-athletes can train, study, and compete while earning real opportunities to move on to the collegiate level.
The Southeast Gorillas provide:
- Structured Player Development led by experienced professional and collegiate-level coaches and former players.
- Competitive Fall Season Games against D1 Junior Colleges, NAIA, and Division III programs.
- Elite training at Exos, a state-of-the-art facility where various professional and Division 1 players train.
- Academic & Career Guidance Support designed to help players elevate their personal, athletic, and academic futures with regular grade checks.
- A Professional Football Environment with the culture, standards, and resources of a collegiate program.
Our vision is to build a long-term football presence that strengthens the community, supports Arizona’s athletes, and creates a pipeline of opportunity where there previously was none.
